Our meetings take place online, entirely within your web browser, on either Zoom or Google Meet. It's up to you which.
When it's time to start the meeting, from a desktop computer, click the link that we have sent you.
We'll immediately send you a confirmation email with a calendar invitation with a link to your meeting included.
Simply accept the invitation if your email client supports it, or instead, import the attached .ics file into your calendar, then add your own reminders as required.
We'll also send you an e-mail reminder 1-hour before the meeting starts.
